Enjoy movie nights, quiet reading time, or casual conversations after a day out Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area is ideal for family meals, game nights, or a relaxed dinner in Primary Bedroom: A spacious and calming retreat with a comfortable bed, ample storage, and bathroom. Designed for rest and privacy after a full day of lake activities Primary Bathroom1: Clean and well-maintained with a full bath setup, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for a hotel-like experience Second Bunk Bed: Perfect for kids, friends, or another couple—for additonal sleeping arrangements. Second Common Bathroom: A full bathroom conveniently located on living room, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone Covered parking is on the ground level. One reserved parking space for overnight guests, with additional daytime-only "guest visitors” spaces as well . Balcony View: Enjoy a peaceful garden view from the balcony, with a small glimpse of Lake Travis visible to the side. The balcony overlooks the park entrance and offers a relaxing outdoor spot to unwind. ⚠️ We’d like to inform all guests of some temporary facility and maintenance updates: Pools: The South-side pool and the indoor pool are currently not available. The North-side pool remains open for guest use. Please note: One of the pools will be under renovation for approximately one month. We recommend considering these updates before booking. If you have any questions, feel free to message us—we’re happy to assist and provide the latest status. Please note This is a 39-year-old building with a vintage, old-style feel and rustic charm throughout, offering a cozy and unique stay.

➤ All guest must provide ID. ➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted. ➤ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. ➤ Please acquaint yourselves with the house rules for further details. ➤ Security Camera: We have one doorbell camera facing the entrance. This camera is on and recording video & audio of all events and motions 24/7 for the security of the property and our guests. ➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment. ➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable & respectful living environment for everyone. ➤ No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home or on the carpet. ➤ Guest are expected to use their own Netflix account. In case of any purchase of Spectrum channels or and on's -you will be billed the amount. ➤ Any violations of the rules would cause fines of up to 500$ per night. NOTE: If this unit is unavailable for your desired dates, please contact us as we may have alternative accommodations within the building.
